The Extension Center Demonstrations Gardens​
Bring our camera. Mornings and evenings are great times to stroll. The gardens are open to the public every day during the daylight hours. The Master Gardeners can also provide guided tours in May and early June. See Garden Tours.

In-Person Master Gardener Core Training in St Charles County

Takes place Thursday mornings from 9-12.
Runs from January 15th until April 23rd 2026.
Located at 260 Brown Rd. 63376.

Our Pantry Garden

Our Pantry Garden area, allows our Master Gardeners to learn techniques for growing. A typical year produces over a 2,000 lbs. (a ton) of donated vegetables for a local food pantry.

Farmers Market
The St Charles County Master Gardeners have a table at the at the St Charles Market on Main Street, between Clark and Monroe, on the first Saturday of the month, May through September, from 7:30-noon.

Supporting the Monarch Butterfly
The National Garden Bureau has designated 2025 as The Year of the Asclepias (milkweed) and encourages gardeners to plant this attractive and useful flowering perennial which is vital to the survival of the monarch butterfly.

Introducing the 2025 Core Training Class
St Charles County welcomes the newest Master Gardener classroom graduates. After finishing their hands-on volunteer activities they will complete their training.​
