Master Gardeners April Meeting

Call to Order

Meeting was called to order by President Sharon Hedges.

Secretary’s Report- Minutes from last meeting are available on line and copies available at meeting. Mary Carey motioned to approved minutes, seconded my Joe Walker. Minutes approve my all.

Treasurer’s Report- Joe Walker reported balance in our account for March.

MU Extension Report – Extension will have displays and materials at plant sale in building.

 

Committee Reports

• ​Meetings- Val Mertz was not present. Always needs ideas for more speakers, please let her know if you have something.

• Membership- Waneta Parmenter advised nothing new to handout.

• Hortline- Patti Kolek advised we have new business cards for hortline. Still looking for more volunteers for May and beyond.

• Education- Mary Medina- Plant sale Saturday April 30. Set up at 10:00 am Friday April 29.

• Demonstration Gardens- Mary Carey- Gardens looking good. Always looking for volunteers to help.

• Meeting Facilitators- Sharon Hedges need volunteers for meetings. Bring food.

New Business and Old Business

Working on plant sale. Follow up Sale from 9-12 on Saturday May 7, 2016.
